At one point in this first one, Avicebron helps you out by summoning Adam Keter Malkuth so you can have a kaiju battle against Ivan the Terrible's giant ice mammoth and fight it on even ground, and yes, Kirei was Pseudoservant Rasputin. Also, the Crypters use Command Spells to help their Servants in battle like we can. Anastasia's Master casts buffs that make her next attack stun, fully charges her NP, and gives her a 213k guts, in that order.

I'll define the "entire game" as Arc 1 final boss, goetia. In that case. Yes, you can clear every major boss in the first arc using bronze servants, even moreso if you have silver servants, even more so if you include the welfare 4*. You don't even need CEs like 2030 or Prisma Cosmos either, the free 5* event CEs that you can easily get MLB are also incredibly useful. However, the fucking videos have Japanese titles usually so I always lose the link to the one's showing bronze teams taking him down, instead, have a bronze only team taking down one of the most annoying bosses in Camelot.

Arc 2 isn't completely out so who knows if bronze set ups will keep working, and as for Arc 1.5 with the sub singularities, those are not only optional but I haven't heard anybody sperging about how difficult those are other than one fight in Shimosa.

It's an Elemental contracted to the royal family, which is capable of seeing the weaknesses in anything, and producing weaknesses if none are already present. Rank EX. Considering that every Servant has a weakness of some kind - hence the reason their True Names are hidden in Grail Wars - it's a pretty damn useful trick to have. It also helps that not only do people tend to want all servant classes at least within reach of them; he's also a really good Arts Avenger. I know Angra's there too since he can Arts Brave chain with his NP as well, but Salieri has a skill that buffs arts as well as his NP reduces defense on the opponent against Arts cards, making all arts damage then hit -harder-. He's probably one of the first avengers that either wasn't completely experimental/niche or delegated crit servant and he's a 3 star

Anon we still have a lot of Beasts left. Also, that's not what Avengers are considered good - They're good because they deal neutral damage to almost everything, and extra damage to Rulers. Those annoying drawn-out fights with Amakusa or Jeanne go away the moment you have an Avenger. There's literally only a single enemy in the game that Avengers are useless against, and it's BB.

Salieri has the advantages of being a (relatively) easy-to-get Avenger, with a rather decent skill-set, good animations, and apparently a pretty cool backstory. He's an Avenger, because he was always overshadowed by Mozart, and ended up poisoning him. Except that's all bullshit fabricated by Pushkin. He was close friends with Mozart, and desperately wants to be able to talk with him again. However, because of the collective belief of humanity that "surely he was full of vengeful thoughts", his summoning is corrupted into its present state. Anastasia isn't even that awful in light of the fact that she has two Attack Buffs, one of which is Arts Up with Pierce Invincibility. JP server used to have data-mining and other shit all of the time. That's how even this far in advance, we've always known there would be an Ishtar, a Pavarti, etc. There's been curveballs thrown of course and things added later, but a lot was known. There were also cheat .apks that could be used to set farming to automatic, to boost damage to ridiculous levels, and other crap like that. Some of that might still be around, but it's generally fallen off. As of now, you need an unrooted device, or something that simulates one, to play the game.

It's actually still not as bad as Granblue because unlike Granblue that outright lied about their rates; it's been confirmed and portrayed that it's at least 0.7% and upwards to 1%. That's it. Apparently a really standard rate in comparison to other Gachas being 0.065% or worse.

And as I just said before; you don't even need Herc. Hell, my Starter was Stheno, I didn't even get a single 5 star til Okeanos. I didn't even get a good Assassin til Christmas and that was Carmilla. I didn't even bother rerolling and even with that said I still did all the events and Chapters.

I've played them all; Granblue, Monster Strike, Fire Emblem Heroes. And yet FGO still seems to be the most fair out of all of them because like Challenger youtubers have shown, I've only encountered one fight that absolutely needed 5 stars and that's Sword Or Death Kiara. Every video I've seen of that is Dual Merlin with Ozy, Nightingale or Jalter. Do you know what you get from that fight? Fucking nothing.

From what I looked at, that's inaccurate - The "higher ATK than Jeanne Alter" was because his final stats included the 2000 ATK bonus from being Max Foud. It's still decently high (12,719 at Lvl100), but not absurdly high.

What is ridiculous is his kit. Compare his kit to Arthur:

Ivan:

Sarcasm aside, what makes things particularly interesting is that power-creep has been an extremely variable thing. Arthur, the example given, isn't a recent Servant, but he's far from being a very old one either. A lot of release Servants, like Herk, are still the best at what they do. Others like EMIYA are quite frankly quite amazing in the right team comp, with the same going double for the 1*, 2*, and 3* Servants.

On the other hand, you have new Servants that are just downright mediocre. I think it's been a while since there's been a downright awful one, but you get plenty of cases like Anastasia which are "meh".

Finally you have cases like Merlin where Nasu actively told DW "make him broken". Hell, the Support version you use in Babylon is so absolutely broken that they had to nerf him before release, because the Support Merlin could literally carry you through the whole chapter if you combined him with a Mashu and anyone else to just spam his NP for full HP regen every round.

In other words, it's not even standard power creep - It's literally the developers don't give a shit, and just throw on whatever the writers tell them to without thinking about it. It's like long-running anime power creep instead of card game power creep.

Liz is a welfare. While welfare supports aren't always bad - there are some memes you can get out of double Shiki - if you have something better, go with that. Quite frankly, everyone should have Hans. More importantly, since he's a lower rarity, it's a "waste" of your support to take him in most cases.

Medea Lily, from what I've seen here and had seen on JP, is rarer than Alice, and is definitely a better choice.

Herks may be more common than Vlads, but grailed Herks are slightly less common, and with bond CE rarer still. NP4 is pretty good, and most importantly of all - everyone knows what Herk does. Just like everyone knows what Waver can do. Thus, you can expect more people to snag him, whereas Vlad may be ignored on account of the fact people don't really know the best way to use his kit.

Jalter is a neutral damage stat stick at the end of the day, the fact that she's Buster ST makes her really shine in Merlin Teams as well as her crit skills/self buffs make her appealing in that fact. What makes her different than Cu Alter is she's selfish much like Raikou is, but unlike Raikou she has no survivability or means of getting stars herself. She does however perform great synergy in a fair amount of teams since quite a few servants are dragon based as well as most Saberfaces are dragons. Not to mention her, Kiyohime and Lancer Liz are a force to be reckoned with once Liz gets her strengthening

tl;dr she's a meme, a very good one, but her upsides besides crits and buster is she takes neutral damage from everyone and has a pretty good np gain. Cu Alter will still outlive her at the end of the day and Raikou despite being AOE np based will still churn out those Big dick numbers that makes Jalter a salty cunt and has an invul skill. She's at least got some time to shine before then though and she still benefits in teams quite a bit. Just don't expect great solos or anything.

The stupidest thing about the 'Artoria/Altria' shit is that they're literally the exact same name.

What you see written as 'Altria' is actually 'Artoria' when translated into Japanese, then translated back into English. It's because of the different rules between the two languages that this happens. 'Altria' and 'Artoria' are pronounced the exact same, except because of how the languages work, we get a minor Duwang situation.

So essentially, when translating from Japanese, 'Altria' is the literal translation while 'Artoria' is the phonetic translation.

Thing is, Artoria is the original name to begin with. What translates into 'Altria' from Japanese is itself a translation of Artoria, the original name.

'Altria' being printed on all the figure boxes and whatever you import from Japan makes perfect sense- that's how they see the name written due to the rules of their language. Grailing Casters aren't a bad idea given their Niche, they don't benefit from damage much but it can buff them up a bit to par and give a bit more HP. With Medea, it's a great idea because Aside from Xuan and Illya, the next ST caster is Circe, and that's not for a full year from now at least. But if you only care about attack numbers then yes, Casters are a terrible idea for grails. Really just grail who you like using/your waifu/favorite character. You're never going to regret it that way.

Tbh Kerry/Angra/Iri is very disgusting if you can get their NPs off, Kerry can target focus to Manjew, And Iris can grant guts and healing to him causing him to be able to do it again and again.
