I mean I doubt it'll do anything, but I was really interested in this game because it was tackling actual issues from a perspective other than hard left. If they really changed the plot because of political pressure my interest in the game is completely fucking gone.

For Darksiders, I'm honestly just pleased she looks female. Just having breasts larger than a B is enough for me to feel like the game might not totally suck, but honestly I only have a passing interest in the game to begin with.

Scorn is the Geiger game, I forget the name of the other one but I've had that same problem, they play completely different but the feel is somehow very similar, but I'm much more interested in playing Scorn, assuming it actually has something resembling a story. I'm interested to learn about the world it takes place in. The hell one doesn't look like it would be a joy to play. I get kind of a Void vibe from it, but a thousand times edgier. I'd probably be satisfied just watching a playthrough of it.

Biomutant I'm just waiting for actual gameplay footage to see it suddenly look like a PS2 game. The next two I don't doubt will come out.

Chasm's a dungeoncrawling metroidvania rogue-like with… pixel graphics. The reveal trailer came out like four years ago and it just looked like exactly what I wanted to play at the time. It got added to steam through greenlight in '15, and since then the release date has been repeatedly moved back until it was just changed to "TBA". I think the development team was initially only one guy, so… I'm pretty sure it's dead.

Star Citizen will eventually come out, not necessarily because of Chris Roberts and his guys pulling through, but because of the banks involved and invested in the project now.

That's not saying the finished product will be anything like the vision they're constantly advertising in their development talkshows, but even if CIG buckle under the pressure, the bank will bring in other people to make something salable out of whatever they've made up to that point.

IIRC that thing was made with outsourcing, when re-logic came to check what they've made they weren't pleased at all. That company isn't working for them anymore but it's uncertain if they scrapped the entire thing or continued developing it themselves.

I think Star Citizen might come out, but in a last ditch "oh shit we don't have any options left and it's better than nothing" kind of way where the game is going to have a shit load of bugs and under deliver on every promise.

Then the Star Citizen drones are going to flood the comments section with every possible rationalization of anything that went wrong to the point Star Citizen is going to be just an average game that casuals will buy regardless, and say "meh its ok! it's not that bad".

The company they outsourced it to conned them and made almost no progress other than a few mockups, and what little was accomplished needed to be scrapped. They outsourced it to another company to start fresh with more oversight, so it's basically back to square one. They also ended up needing to have more oversight on the Mobile and Console versions too, because they were outsourced to another company that pumped out awful, buggy messes. Otherworld being outsourced with little oversight was a huge mistake that happened because re-logic wanted to focus on Terraria's updates and Terraria 2, so now the shit that happened with Otherworld and the Console/Mobile ports is probably going to slow down Terraria 2's development even more.

Outsourcing: Not Even Once they guys fell for it twice, and now they're doing it a third time.
