Background: You could load the orginal fat PS3s with Linux which is how the US Military used to cluster them together to make supercomputers back in the day but with a software update, that functionality was removed without warning. This legislation is designed to reimburse for damages the consumers of the PS3 who claim to have bought the console knowing about the "Other OS" (Linux) functionality. Your claim needs to be submitted by April 15th to be eligible.
