Short answer: no.

Slightly less short answer: There is SWP, but it is old, abandoned, and Windows-only. I remember on the eDuke forums someone wanted to fork eDuke to get it working with Shadow Warrior, but I haven't heard of anything usable since. However, the guy who does the XL Engine did get a complete port working and released a video. Then he fell completely off the radar without releasing the source, despite people begging him for it for years.

Your best bet if you don't want to use DOSBox is the modern redux version.

Not really. SWP is finnicky and hasn't been updated in years, JFShadowWarrior is fucking ancient and isn't much better. You have to load a physical CD or use mounting software to get the CD music for some retarded reason for both ports, when Quake ports figured that out years ago and even Blood GDX can do it.

Pirate the Classic Redux edition.
