What do you think about the practice of punishing players for their skill and or patience

Calling any form of scolding noobs "toxic"
Rewarding kills more than anything else even in objective based game mods
or on the other hand rewarding sitting in one place instead of pushing forward
(I have seen games when people sacrifice a flag or location to justify them not moving out)
Games where you have almost nothing to show for your skill
K/D is not important in a lot of games but it's still associated with being the best
Also ,Why are Medics the only class held to standards
MEDIC!!! , Why didn't you revive me instantly across the map
Why didn't you heal me a second before I even got hit
Don't move even a pixel forward even if we stand still for 5 minutes or you will be shouted at and probably killed
What do you mean I died in an open space with no cover and that's why you couldn't revive me
You know that's a banu
I think people should be forced to play 20hours of support/medic role before being able to choose a different class
