You just got to use him correctly. Also, the majority of things in the game is about MODS. MODS MODS MODS! Get all the good classic ones and upgrade them. Doesn't really matter what weapon you have if you slap some good mods on it. Except for MK-1 gear, never use that. Its shitter than the normal version.
With volt here are a few key things you want to do:
1: Move fast
2: If not moving fast, have a shield between yourself and the enemy
3: Your 4 stuns enemies for a while, always useful

You're confusing bounties with sorties.
Bounties scale in level slightly as you go further into it's stages, but overall they keep to a limited range. The thing is, DE wanted to have bounties ranging for all kinds of players. So while the lower level bounties will be prety easy, the bottom ones can reach early-sortie-levels of difficulty.

Let me stop you there. You don't necessarily have to keep track of anything. Over the course of long missions, you'll be swimming in mutation stacks. Before long, you'll be able to carelessly use your final power, and the maggots themselves generally recover more than the cost to use them in the first place. You're right on the mark about him being a defense champion, but he can still get around just fine. Don't forget that with enough power strength and or armor investment, his third power makes him almost entirely unstoppable.
I recommend heavy investment into power range for greater ease of use

Are you talking about Nidus' augment? You can get it in about 30 minutes if you're really strapped for standing. Lots of players have extra standing out the ass, so they can probably hook you up for next to nothing if you ask the right guy. As for the augment itself, I use it on every Nidus setup. You can build for a shitload of duration and it doesn't negatively impact the larva anymore since you can just detonate it and cast a new one.

Follow the starchart at first, use the wiki if you have any doubts about how to build/grind something.
Your focus in th ebeginning will be aquiring the essential mods and leveling them. Most will come your way just from playing, but corrupted mods can only be obtained doing what we call vault runs, and personally I hate doing that and eventually just bought most of them with plat early on. Get at least all warframe corrupted mods. And go hunt for endo and credits, you're gonna need a lot of that early on.

When it was released it didn't do anything particularly remarkable in terms of gameplay. It was pretty standard 3rd person shooter not unlike gears of war. The only thing unique to it was combination of space ninja theme and f2p model.
Over the years thanks to support of whales and feedback of autists they implemented new systems for parkour and melee as well as improved abilities of frames themselves, making them even more agile.
The closest you can get is probably Vanquish, but even then it lacks melee and weapon variety Warframe accumulated over the years again thanks to being skinner box.

I think it can look good, a lot of people just don't like how it hampers their customization. DE have been doing the faded colours thing a lot recently and people are just getting sick of it, especially since this is supposed to be a "deluxe" skin. I suppose the argument is that if it's deluxe it should look polished and new, and not worn out.

Step two would be you baiting him out and yeah running out and along with a low-level warframe and weapon/s is step two and having them come. It still works as when I decided to say fuck all and run a new warframe and 2 weapons to level up and yeah you'll have a higher encounter of having him pop up vs. running around with a maxed out arsenal.

They added a large open world area to mine and fish in. Everything related to it needs way too many mined stones and fish bits, which you need to dedicate your time to getting, unlike regular resources you can kind of get passively while you kill shit, or gather with drones. Some fish whose bits you need have to be baited with other fish bits, for which you first need to buy a blueprint from a new local faction. Advancing in the faction needs standing grind, fish bits, and stones.
At least getting standing with them can be done through bounties, which aren't bad, but being in the plains means you usually have to bullet jump in a direction for a mile to get to your new objective, unless you have a thing that lets you use your archwing.
Basically the resource grind from MH but with added contrivances and a pointlessly large map.

If you reanimate summoner type enemies, you can have hordes and hordes of minions. Extra duration will lower the rate the minions' health decays, and re-casting the ability will instantly heal all minions. Stick a Shield of Shadows mod on there and you're untouchable.

This. Averages 80 hours in to get the majority of the game simply unlocked, don't go spending money on a frame until you know it's not something you get from a story mission. Hell, most of the weapons are mastery locked against your purchase. They've curbed pay to win in a unique way, you can only do so after showing yourself to be persistent & competent.
The space combat is kind of ass at times, but I legitimately enjoy Limbo's story. Kinda bummed and elated at the same time that I have to wait for the part to cook, like reading a short story in snippets. Hope the others are like this.
