You like Donkey Kong?
The early game was a little too retro for my taste. But when Donkey Kong '94 came out in '94, I think the game really came into its own, commercially and artistically. The whole game has a clear, crisp gameplay, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the puzzles and platforming a big boost. Gunpei Yokoi been compared to Miyamoto, but I think Yokoi has a far more better, critical sense of gameplay.
