I would be saying hack and slash games but then bayonetta 1 and 2 got ported, so I'll take the safer option and saying fps or third person shooters. If there was one thing keeping me going through Re Revelations 1 and 2, it was the motion aiming. Hell, even botw makes competant use of it. Granted with motion aiming, I find the quicker the game is the less easy it is to use. Works well in RE, didnt do DOOM too many favors.

Yeah, motion control aiming is pretty good, feels more natural somehow. Though, it'd be great if we could get some FPS games that aren't an inconsistent 30 frames per second. Switch isn't the best hardware out there, but i'm not convinced developers like Overkill or bethesda are actually trying.

I'd say the motion controls could beat even that, if only because it's a bit more immersive to hold the remote like a gun.

It's like a 2% improvement on the immersion level and worse overall. Besides that you could probably make a controller for the PC that does the same exact thing.
