Yeah, because dolphin sometimes offsets differently depending on pc build or OS, and normalfags just complain that it isn't working (and don't think on WHY) and it's irritating since it DO works, so you can't really make a code that works for everybody, then there is the region issues that offsets too so the easiest way to spread a code is to teach easily how to get the code, understand it?
Just fyi i made some codes that never were done for the translated Dragon force 2 on Saturn emulator, that i forgot the name, but never cared to make sheets to teach because no one never asked me anything about it so i am guessing this is a particular Dolphin issue? Idk but it looks like it…

Right now it's really just a lore dump but I've got this next week free so I'm thinking I'll be able to work out the damage modifiers for the weapons in the game, assuming it's consistent across weapons in a class. I'm still not sure if energy gain is rounded or not, though. Based on certain combo finishers it seems to have a minimum of 1 energy per strike which would correspond with the round up thing it seems to do.

It should be easy enough to do, it should just be straight modifiers for each damage type per type of attack, and even if there's an additional modifier per actual weapon it should be fine. There's two catches, one is that damage is modified by the enemy being armored, unarmored, and some neutral types, like drones. If I stick to the drones for damage analysis I should be able to avoid that problem. The more prominent problem is if, like energy gain, damage is rounded. I managed to figure out how energy gain was worked and rounded since I could limit the variables and made a lucky/educated guess that it remained consistent for the first hit of each weapon's combo, but for weapon damage the best I can hope for is to get enough data that I can get an approximate value by averaging results. If I use fully upgraded/high damage weapons I should be able to minimize the effects of rounding, as well. I'm sure I could get a better number by using matrix algebra and shit but there's autism and there's insanity.

if you use CE you can get the exact dmg dealt on each name if you get the adres of the enemy hp, so you could roughly clssify basing on the enemy appeareace the bonus status, if is armored, shielded, and so on…You shold get it by what got diminished value (forgot the term) on CE, this can be done, but is much, much more work than just finding the attack dmg output, like it usually is done with CE, or health output, to give you god mode…But, it can be done directly, and them with each hit you can deduct the dmg by looking at the dmg, looking at the weapon dmg + str if it's viable and refilling the enemy health, than you could compare with a boss health o see if it's solid and there you go, you will see each dmg+ base str stat for each weapon and you can do a exact review of each weapon dmg?
