Have you played Yakuza before? If not, start with 0. By the time you're done, if you like what you see get Kiwami. Until 6 comes out, 0 is probably as good as it gets, but if you start with 1 and try to go back it will feel a bit out of order.

SW4E - no idea, all the musou games bleed into each other. I loved the shit out of the PS4 version of Warriors Orochi 3 though.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate was fun because it was old gen. Had more shit to do because they could include as much content into the game as possible.

It mostly just gives devs room to uncap the framerate which has its pros and cons. Only a few cases of games which actually target/lock 60fps. I think MHW gets on average anywhere between 45-55fps instead of 35-45 fps on stock hardware. I really don't think it's something you need. Not running at a hard 30 or 60 introduces varying frame times so you're going to get an experience that runs faster but doesn't feel smoother.

Anyway, you must play gravity rush remastered, import an asian-english copy and get gravity rush 2. GR2 was a massive surprise and had some tremendous moments and really excellent new ways to move around the world that I haven't seen from any other games. Also if you have a bit of money to spare, Taiko drum master came out on the PS4 last year and if you've never played it, import a Japanese copy (game is in English), It's a great rhythm game. The drum isn't perfect but if you're open to it there's ways to improve it with things like cork board.

PS4 is the first system I could honestly not care that much about pirating for. The few games worth playing you can get for cheap unless they are new, and can be sold again once you're done for little to no loss. It's a bit of hassle sure but doable. If it were possible to pirate back in 2015 or so then ok sure, but now it's barely worth it anymore.

Worst fucking advice I've ever seen. Start with 1 on the PS2/Emulators(Pretty sure it's even available on PS4 too through PSN's PS2 Classics). It's a bit jank and tedious in places but trust me it's a lot better to be eased into the newer mechanics of later releases.

Not to mention 0 makes references to all the games released before it so you're doing yourself a disservice to play it first.

Yakuza 1 and 2 have never had a digital rerelease, at least out here in the west. Best that's happened, as far as official releases go (obviously pirating for emulation/console loading is cheaper), was a reprint stocked by a canuck online game vendor a year or two back (along with Y3 and 4), and even then, it was $50 for each of them, meaning the only entry that was likely to be a better deal on than preowned was Y2.

I suspect either the low western sales of the original PS2 games, or not wanting the Kiwamis to have to directly compete against the originals on the same platform, might be part of why there's been no digital rereleases here.

Most everything good on the PS4 is already on the PS3 or Vita to be honest. If you already have the PS4 and just want stuff to do on it, that's one thing, but don't go buying the machine otherwise just yet. That said, get:
