yes and no

Moonlight Syndrome is part of the Twilight Syndrome series and according to word of god shares continuity with the Kill the Past series. It was Suda's first foray into psychological horror (as opposed to Twilight Syndrome's ghost horror) but Kill the Past wouldn't properly start until he left Human Head to form Grasshopper

Correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik Moonlight Syndrome is a spin-off and not connected to Twilight Syndrome. Damn, I really need to learn moon already.

google might be your friend here. Gamefaqs doesn't have translation guides for any of the series, though they do have a walkthrough for the DS entry

and rhdn has no entries. They're usually pretty good at being on top of that so it's unlikely that any game in the series has a serious translation project going
