But then, I thought, what a bunch of entitled, whiny pricks to put that in their game like that and make me see it?

and i realized that all of the hate that i've accrued over watching this industry turn into a business that shits all over this hobby has turned me into a bitter, cynical man who doesn't really enjoy or appreciate vidya like i used to. Do i need to be a naive numale to appreciate these moments? Is it like looking for a diamond in a garbage dump? Do any other anons empathize with what I'm talking about?

Are the people here posting just because they aren't busy enjoying video games? Will this thread just be saged and flamed to oblivion because it comes across like a blogpost when I just wanna talk about how to appreciate this hobby again?

That scene sounds pretty gay and completely out of character for Geralt. Why couldnt the DLCs take you somewhere interesting and not have the shoehorned lefty political shit in it (muh 13th century)? I wanted to see the Elf lands.

it doesn't come across that way. regis makes a mention that he and geralt need some rest and geralt says that sounds nice and then half smirks towards the player/audience. its obviously a developer thing and the credits roll and you immediately get a post main quest to wrap everything up. it is well done but all i could think about was the negative thoughts instead of appreciating that i just spent 177 hours playing everything.
