Mega Man Battle Network series (2,3, and 6, in that order.)
It's an RPG with weird realtime grid-based action strategy battles, centered around a deckbuilding system. When you kill enemies, you get cards that let you use their attacks, and building a competent deck to use card combinations is the primary way you deal damage. There are technically turns, but only in the sense that time freezes each time you choose to select new cards. All combat is done in real time, and high level play requires twitch reflexes.

The ryzen upgrade is also not that steep, unless you live in some country where getting newer stuff at a reasonable price is complicated, according to PC part picker you can do it for about 250-300 depending on mobo and RAM (keeping in mind I'm going with a 2200G + B350 mobo + 2x4GB of ram)

Core 2 quad could mean it's still DDR2, meaning you still need to update your RAM for an FX
So in the end it comes down to 150-200 for a dead platform that isn't much of an upgrade vs 250-300 for a platform that is gonna see update till 2019 and is actually an upgrade to begin with.

I actually like 3 best but 2 is pretty great in it's simplicity. Loved the navicust system with the puzzle pieces, mod tools, the whole thing. Styles were alright as well. Turns out that if you go grass style and use grassstg with undershirt in the final battle, you will always have 3 or 5 tiles where you can't die. Combine with Guts style for win.

GPU aren't coming down for a while, Nvidia and AMD have started trying to put out miner targeted cards so that might lead to something like the ASICs for buttcoin where difficulty skyrockets everywhere and GPU mining isn't profitable anymore.
Also forgot to add a few things
If you're going Ryzen you might wanna look at RAM with higher frequency (2800-3200 are good numbers) or you might bottleneck your system a bit, do not go with 2133 it's an instant 10-15% performance drop with AMD and the price difference ain't worth it.
The monitor I put is my own meme-tier monitor (16:10, cheap IPS) you should look into what you want yourself since that one is not really ideal for gaming

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. It's technically a standard turn-based JRPG but your items can only be accessed in battle (or are worse outside of battle), so you need to combine them in strings on each of your attacks to maximize damage. However, each party member's deck is random and you are only dealt new cards as you use the old ones. This leads to a lot of atomic decisionmaking in fractions of a second: you want to use a card with a higher soul number to keep your attack chain going and get a straight for bonus damage, but you used a fire sword earlier in the combo and your deck just dealt you an ice sword, and using the two of them together will negate both.
You also have the chance to react to your enemies' turns, which counts as you targeting yourself, so your best chance to use healing items is while the enemy is beating your face in rather than the standard JRPG cycle where you spend a few turns healing, then tank damage. You can also craft items in battle, and you unlock special super attacks based on elements/soul numbers used in each attack chain.
Plus, it's a Gamecube game so you can run it in Dolphin easily enough; I am not aware of any major emulation problems.

On firefox you can use an add-on called ExHentai Easy 2 which you have to internet search for. This should add lines for typing a login and password on exhentai.net. You can then use your login/pw from the forums and enter sadpanda.
However it may not always work and it will fuck your shit up if you try entering the right way.
3b. The right way. It basically has to do with cookies. e-hentai.org will basically put some cookies into your browser once you've signed in into their forums, these allow you access to sadpanda.
So:
1.Go to e-hentai forums.
2.Sign in.
3.Go to exhentai.net
4. That's it nigger.
You should have automatically skipped past the sadpanda image and onto the front page, already logged in.
You can do some reading and find which cookies you need to save so you have them in the future or some shit. I personally don't bother since my browser automatically deletes cookies and history after it is closed.

Of the game's three final bosses, two are impossible to lose to. The remaining boss is by far the most interesting, but his attacks come down to rote memorization, which is a fittingly shitty reward for slogging through an uninteresting grind to unlock him in the first place.

I played UC2 and 3 when I was a sonygger peasant who didn't understand what made video games good. The games from 2 onwards do an excellent job of fooling the player into thinking he is cool, but do not stand up to critical scrutiny upon a second playthrough: the strings and triggers for each sequence are too heavily scripted and too obvious.
The writing is also awful, praised only by people who don't read good books or understand why movies (and fiction in general) are written the way they are. Everything is inconsistent, such as the famous rival from UC3 who is either a physical match for Drake or a chase target depending on the scene.

Predator sections are mostly the same, but the campaign gives very few of them and the predator challenge mode is an AR challenge you activate from inside the main game. That would be a neat idea if it wasn't for the fact you can't take any of the sidekicks for them. Sidekicks are only there for short missions or shorter DLC.
That reminds me, last I checked the only pirated version (which I played) was before they added the better graphics options. They slapped a new version of denuvo onto the update and nobody had bothered to crack that one back when I played it. Dunno if that's still the case.

Started playing Elex and I like the world. However it seems like the difficulty is unbalanced, I am playing Ultra and all the enemies seem to be HP bloated to the max, there is no challenge to the fights and it's extremely boring, I have managed to get to level 8 thanks to the somehow also bizarre way of how quests are designed which is where you get most of your XP from. Even with good gear I still struggle to beat enemies while they two shot me, it can be done but it's extremely time consuming.
