It's from the movie Mr. Nobody. The kid was born with the ability to see the future, which causes him to piss his pants. So when he was given a choice of which parent to live with because of their separation, his mind was blown with all the possibilities and in the end he just took off running away from both of them. The story is he ended up creating a sort of universe in his head that cleared out when he made his choice.
