Trying to have capitalism without a governement is one of the stupidest ideas ever thought up but hell if I had the chance to see it I would just to see all the crazy shit that would happen. I do have a sneaking suspicion that it would just be more of the shit we see today with orwellian mass corperations breeding their employees from the ground up with indonctronation, brainwashing and constant propaganda and any smaller companies being absorbed or starved taking away any chance of real competition while a fake charade of competition is played out between the large compagnies as every year fake improvements are show inbetween them as the real meat gets downgraded more and more for mass-production.

Ironically the purpose of communism is complete freedom but it fails to take into account what happens when you try and let more than one entity with their own will have that freedom. Trying to put that ideology as a political system might be the largest screw up ever made by man as Marx was too stupid to think that it would be any better than just letting everyone on /b/ 2006 have the ability to delete posts, change the site or even ban people.
Still your observation does show why freedom of data is so good even if it seems communist on the outside. The free flow of information between individuals is much different than a political system that relies on thousands to millions of people.

At least the days of "don't have network driver to download network driver" and having to double-check that you have everything you need and making sure the downloads actually finished and aren't corrupt are generally in the past. I honestly think that the difficulty of Slackware is vastly overstated. If you have ADD and can't be bothered to RTFM I guess Slackware is hard but it was my first Linux distro and it was easy enough and I like it. Then again I'm also fond of DOS so I suppose I had an easier time settling into the command-line. Still, if you're not brain-damaged, Slackware is easy enough to work your way around.
Also you vastly overstate the difficulty of typing "startx" to enter the GUI. Now if you're unlucky you'll have to type "xorgsetup" first and select a couple of menu options. If you want to hardmode it you can edit the xorg.conf file manually. In that case, the manual is your friend, so "man xorg.conf" will tell you what you need to know and you can get a basic xorg.conf up with "X -configure" if you feel like it.

Forgot to mention this but you can also just run "xorgconfig" for your xorg customization needs. Usually it runs out of the box and xorgsetup will be enough if it doesn't though.

The world is anarchocapitalist and all the nations are just entities that exist within it, which means in practice anarcho capitalism wouldn't really exist.
If the US government suddenly collapsed then one of two things (or a combination) would happen, either nearby countries would annex the now lawless territory, or factions like corporations or remnants of the former government would establish new states that would eventually be considered to be nations. Capitalism is a great concept for how an economy should work, but there is always a power that rules over it.

Otherwise it's modded Oblivion (Nehrim TC) and English patched FFXII IZJS in pcsx2. Also the occasional shmup in MAME but I suck at those.
Compared to when I switched away from W7 about five years ago there's a ton of games working fine these days but for some of the games with a huge performance drops I'm hoping for that wine PBO patch to mature quickly enough to support dx11 games and work on top of vanilla wine.

To crack walnuts you gotta have over 90kg grip. And it still would require to place the walnut in the palm and squeeze it. Not you usual index - thumb lock fantasy. It takes time and effort for better results.
Anyway, it would take months and probably years of regular exercising and day to day physical labour to get your joints, ligaments and skin into high enough condition to crack walnuts. Muscles aren't everything like anons before said. There's a shortcut to get your skin harder in about a week or two but it's funny. It holds all of the technicals of wood and leather impregnating, only with your own hand skin. Wash your hands in your own piss and leave it there for an hour a day for a week or two, it's tahat easy. Unneeded minerals body throws out contained in piss are excelent for leather hardening. I added both users to the audio group, and attempted to use both ALSA and PulseAudio (funny, because when I set PA as the audio driver, it says the audio driver is None, but whenever I test aound it logs errors to the console) as Wine audio drivers, but apparently they are attempting to create an audio server when the audio device has already been blocked by my user.
Anyway, I think I will desist. I realized that while some games run on Wine, they run like shit, and in order to make them run properly, I have to compile Mesa from source to enable Gallium Nine because the Debian maintainers ignore any and all wishlist-tier requests and won't fucking add the –enable-nine flag, and also I will have to compile wine-staging and possibly add the Gallium Nine patch myself, and I am too lazy for that. God, I am fucking hating this distro more and more every day; maintainers always go MIA, neglect packages on a regular basis, ignore user feedback and patches, and in order to submit packages yourself you have to join some weird Freemason-like society. Forget about patching other people's obvious known faults in other maintainers' packages , even if they go MIA for years, though. I can't wait to nuke Debian Sid and install some new ShitHub-driven distro, like NixOS or Void Linux, where they have all sorts of niche packages for autists like ourselves and anybody can submit patches.

Is Dragon's Crown running 1080p@60fps?
Please tell me your system stats.
What distro are you using?
Disgaea and Dragon's Crown are my cup of tea.
Didn't check on RPCS3 for a while, might have to install it again.

The most reliable source of information concerning RPCS3 emulation is RPCS3's own website :
https://rpcs3.net/compatibility
Playable, which is the highest rating, means "Games that can be properly played from start to finish".
Currently 27% of games fall under that, including Dragon's Crown.
Next are their forums and github pull requests, to which the compatibility list links respectively, as well as their youtube channel where you's find Dragon's Crown "Playable at Full Speed on i7-5930K" :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2Ud38j67lI
It's to the point where people are now doing longplays on emulator at "60 FPS" :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLY8wrS79gw
Your best bet is Ubuntu (the main testing platform used by developers) and I'm assuming a modern Intel CPU paired with a modern Vulkan-compatible Nvidia GPU.
In this blog post, you'll find that Vulkan has made "major performance improvements" possible (roughly 2x) :

Yeah, for sure. I was very surprised as well. When I looked into PS3 emulation again after a hiatus, at most I was expecting some proof of concept and maybe some preliminary very choppy gameplay footage.
Meanwhile they're already emulating games like Demon's Souls, a lot of Atlus games, etc.

Do newer games on linux require steam? If so that seems kind of pointless to trade one spying drm platform (windows) for another.

What kind of question is that? If they are on steam only and you want to legit have them of course you will need steam.

Do you only use your computer to play games? As another anon pointed out to you and anyone with any common sense would, is that there's a big difference between installing a closed source, privacy-invading operating system that is literally at the source of everything you do and installing a closed source software contained inside a free operating system.
Steam may be invasive of your privacy (if it is, I don't use it), but it won't generally affect the rest of your activities.
In the case of a user rights-annihilating operating system like Windows, it affects everything that you do. There's no reason to trust your data to a mega-corp.
But, to answer your question specifically :
It depends on the game.
Some games like Pillars of Eternity are available on other platforms like GOG ("DRM-FREE. No activation or online connection required to play.").
All the other games can be run outside of Steam, by buying a Windows copy of the game and installing then running through Wine.

I pirated Darkest Dungeon to try it.
I loved the narration, atmosphere, stress, quirks and afflictions.
But man do I hate the combat, so annoying how most of it is dragging out trash encounters once the dangerous mobs are killed to top off health and stress.
If there was some sort of resource used for healing skills which could also be used out of combat I would love the game.
Also it's kinda stupid how deaths door makes bleed/blight more dangerous than copious amounts of raw damage because a 1hp heal will completely negate the next attack.
Now that I think about it, if healing skills were removed from darkest dungeon I would probably like it.
Also I had to use wine because the only torrents I could find were windows.
