If not the arcade title itself, then there are pretty decent clones to play.
TexMaster's Classic > Special mode and NullPoMino's Grade Mania 2 have the same rules and gameplay. You might want to set up your keys in a way that the left hand does the moving and the right hand handles rotation in the typical CCW-CW-CCW setup.

Not really if you don't like how it controls you're not gonna like it when it throws precise timings and movements with instadeaths when you fuck up latter on, game is still neat and perfectly beatable but very frustrating at parts even if you don't count the puzzles.
