Righto I think enough chitchat is in order. Time for a vague shitty FAQ guide that will at least get newfags started. I will only cover some basics so if you got a specific question and provided it's not retarded I'll do my best to answer.
What is the difference between factions?
The Northen Faction are the best faction, having very steampunk elements to their weapon design. Their tech is not as advanced but they got some nice toys to play with.
The Brenodi are Jews that keep their population cucked and rely on meme tech to win. Sort of resemble West Germany in the 80's before Islam took root.
The game is arguably quite biased towards the Brenodi, especially in the early game, so if you lose as Brenodi you've typically fucked up something bad.
What do I need to know about Gameplay?
>Gunplay
The gunplay in this is very like Counter-Kike so it should prove popular with the edgy teens and preteens who were still in diapers when most of the anons with taste were playing shit like Quake, Unreal, Tribes etc. In short movement heavily hinders accuracy so running and gunning isn't the best of things which is pretty counterproductive in a game like this.
>Actual fighting
Game has a heavy emphasis on vehicle combat so git gud with that as well as teamwork based infantry tactics. Working as a squad pays off and APC's act as mobile spawn points. If you are in a squad a CO is more likely to give you attention compared to some random fag that fucks off and tries to tug off a donkey on the side of the map.
>Objectives
You want to defeat the enemy team by either neutralizing their Command Vehicle or neutralizing their entire team by taking out their tickets and their ability to spawn.
You also will want to take resource points which gives you money to spend on vehicles or buildings. They come in two main types, capture points and resource nodes. Capture points you need infantry to capture while resource nodes you need to build a refinery on top of.
There are other modes as well without base building but who gives a fuck about that?
>Commander
i.e. the fag that drops buildings for you to construct and researches tech and tries to tell retards where they should go. Usually gets yelled at by snowflakes for not catering to their every need even if it fucks over the entire team in the process. Protect him at all costs since if you lose his vehicle you lose the match. I will probably cover this in more detail in a later post if anons want to know how to Commandfag
>Vehicles
Vehicles can be customized heavily so make sure you design them the way you want to, especially if your Commander has unlocked new tech. Be careful though you have a weight limit and purchased vehicles are taken from your teams economy. Build when you know what you want is going to be needed.
What do I need to know about Classes?
>Engineers
Hands down the class you should stick to as a newfag. They can repair vehicles, build buildings, heal infantry and if you upgrade, even revivie infantry. Can deploy a limited number of turrets, sensors, walls and ammo crates.
>Grenadier
Has a mortar and AT launcher, as well as the ability to deploy mines. Takes a bit of skill to use but can be very effective at assaulting bases and Commander hunting when combined with Engineers.
>Riflemen
Great against infantry, not much else. Does have good AT bombs but needs to get close. Only really useful in large matches or modes focused on infantry combat.
>Scout
If you are the type of fag that likes to camp on a hill with a scoped weapon like a Vanu redditor worrying about their K:D shut down the game, uninstall it, and try to shove an entire wooden chair up your ass since that is a grievous waste of the Scout class. Scouts are Sneeki Breeki specialists who are best at getting inside the enemy base and sabotaging everything in sight. They can also be very effective at disabling an enemy's turret grid.
How do I not be a faggot?
A CDR vehicle with nobody inside it is NOT an open invitation to jump inside it and take it for a joyride. Chances are the CDR has popped out especially on a small player count to help build a base and will want back in especially to start the next research.
Don't build vehicles unless you need to. Jeeps for example are relatively useless if you are just building them to joyride and can be a massive drain on your team's economy
Know when to salvage husks, if they are covering your base on hindering the enemy it's not a good idea to salvage a husk.
If your CDR has dropped a barracks build that fucking first as it allows you to respawn.
Squad up and make sure you try and secure resource points. If you don't have money coming in don't expect to win.
Don't wall your own fucking CDR in unless your intention is to lose. Only stupid fucking Brenodi wall themselves in.

There are people who truly are good people in the community. I'd like to think I'm one of them. But the people who are nice are completely overshadowed by toxic, raging faggots who can't handle people learning the game at their own pace. Empires requires a minimum of 24 players in order to have a good match. In comparison other games like TF2V only require 10 and Goldeneye Source 6. Before the pass was uncapped we had only 14 players at the same time which is not enough for Empires. It's a catch 22 thing and unfortunately it's the mega autists who ruined both the experience trying to let them play for anons here and any ambition to try and reboot this game ever again.
