Why don't the show off other games than just Fifa, Rocket League, and Halo? It seems like a huge loss in potential customers to me.

Because they decided to focus on "We are the strongest console ever!" approach. So they'll focus a lot on the games everyone else is getting, but will try to make the argument that the "experience" is superior to the Xbone. Microsoft is to blame when they don't get exclusives because PC/other consoles are more appealing. So due to the lack of exclusives, Microsoft keeps this stupid advertising gimmick alive.
