Also if you don't want even more mountainblade then the Third Age mod has some great spears.
Then there is the Grimrock series where spears are just a longer ranged melee weapon but it isn't really a focus(there is no weapon skill to govern it)
In Legacy of Kain series spears are featured prominently Soul Reaver onwards since you are fighting vampires and the only way to kill them is to skewer them and devour their souls. The spears aren't really anything special though as your main weapon is still a sword equivalent and you just flail your weapons around instead of having a proper moveset.
Castlevania Bloodlines features a character who uses a polearm. Its essentially easy mode for the game.

Titan Quest Anniversary Edition has already gotten a new expansion, Ragnarök. Might get more, might not. No sense buying the old version, even just to try it out, if you'll just end up having to buy the Anniversary Edition anyways.
While >>14152465 is correct in that executive meddling in the old THQ days made it pretty bland setting-wise, it's still a fun game in my opinion.
As always, give it a pirate and drop some shekels the devs' way if you find yourself liking it.
