I have a pretty damn good android phone.
Lets be honest, you're going to be using emulators on it because the app store is a trasure trove of wasted bandwidth and low effort development with few that even acknowledge buttons and surely don't care about performance.
I got a nice little bluetooth controller and my phone case has stand that pops out the back.
Works great.
They even make some that phone just fits into.
Unless you're asking about some kind of ultra-mobile PC that works as a portable steam machine I don't see a lot of reasonable prospects.
Can you make calls with that?
It has a camera so I imagine it does facetime in skype and shit and probably has a build in mic.
