Despite what people think, Tumblr is an alright place to post your art. It's still a cesspit of a website, but the traffic and customizable UI make it more of a gain than a loss. There's also have a better chance of collecting Tumblr salt. You could also try HentaiFoundry if you're making a lot of NSFW stuff. It's not quite popular or dead, so there's still a chance of gaining traction from there.
