No they don't have the elements to continue the story really; WIXOSS lacks any sort of driving force to propel any stories now.
Mayu was the driving force behind nearly WIXOSS stories; and the other stories either have too small a problem or none at all(which is bad for a longer series) and Mayu is probably totally done now(I can't see another LRIG of the Beginning happening).
A new writer would merely have a setting whereas madoka has somewhere to start from.
Mind you a reboot is still on the table for WIXOSS, which clearly would have an easy starting point.

I've scanned this on two scanners because I want to confirm that I have correctly aligned the belt in the 3800. This is the 9000F verison. I have over leveled it (by my standards anyway) to bring out the more of the moire in the halftone so I can check for misalignment. If the 3800 is fixed, I'll do a proper release of it in the next few days.

Is this the first key Resona? Resona are pretty neat so it's good to see it maybe getting more pieces. More than one Resona that do anything for each LRIG would be nice too.
Disappointing to see Ulith return but since they did it would be nice for them to give her a stronger mechanic identity or at least flesh out her mechanics a bit more this time. And while they're at it not ruin her in the process.

Myuu is OP but would've been better if she either had a different second action ability or the first would've been a start of turn auto. Probably longer than the average game lasts past level 5, though not really via nukes and just single destruction. It'll probably only ever manage to get summoned four times a game anyway.
Some decks can afford to just leave her on the field with her effect turned off anyway(like Yuki/Myuu).

It can effect the amount of money they make and the amount of effort they need to put into maintaining the format.
For instance they need to maintain the Mayu's Room rules for all the Key cards in All-Star format.
Splitting the game between the two also creates a surplus of All-Star cards for players to trade / buy off each other. If an All-Star player needs a card that is not key legal they can buy it from a Key player who has cards from their previous decks, i.e. it reduces the need to buy new packs and since some will stick to playing in All-Star even if Key is available these people aren't making them as much money as they could be. I don't know how much money they would lose on that but it could factor into it.
Just to say it but there are positives to Key, even though I wouldn't like it as much. They have to consider less cards when creating new ones, they were able to reset the pace and face of the meta without needing to print hard counters or banning cards and it's easier for new players to learn all the cards.

This is clearly not what's happening by the way, just saying why they might try to kill it. The new cards are powerful but they're going to break the format and seem to have some concern for balance.
Another thing though: iirc they weren't going to support an All-Star format at all to begin with. Only after some players complained they made it. They could just abandon it but they would have a backlash whereas "ruining" the format subtly allows them to put people off playing it and then have a better reason to abandon it after.
Another reason why they would want Key format is that it ties in more closely to their current projects and crossovers.

It depends on where you live. Here EMS packages are nearly always caught by HMRC and are then delivered by Parcel Force, which means a 12 GBP handling fee as well as a customs charge. rSAL is rarely inspected by customs and is delivered by Royal Mail. It also varies with what is being sent. CDs, DVDs and BDs nearly always end up in customs regardless of if they're sent by rSAL or EMS. Doujin are marked as books so are generally left alone if sent by rSAL. It's perhaps worth noting that I live in a remote area and this could be why my experience with Parcel Force is so bad. They're not the only company that routinely misses delivery deadlines.
