The reason for all the deleted posts was said in another thread - we told ACK that if he used any sort of script to spam the board rather than punish board staff and only remove his bot posts we would punish ACK and just do a delete every post by IP per thread.

He ignored multiple warnings regarding this. And then used the script to repost everything we deleted so we have done multiple delete all posts per thread by IP as a result. He has spammed two threads that we have used ip deletions on - this one and the crack thread. Me and another anon went into a voice chat with him. We both believe he has high functioning autism. No other mental illness really although autism has a broad list of symptoms and disorders associated with it. Specifically we believe him to be the son born to extreme wealth where they paid for him to have a very good education (and any special education he might need due to the autism) and for him to have specifically mental health insurance wherein he sees by his own admission a professional about his mental health every few years (I imagine it's more frequent than at - he has also said he sees a doctor about physical and mental regularly). He is probably functional to a degree IRL but the amount of time he spends online leads me to question how much time he does spend IRL. The inherited wealth also explains where he got the money for the majority of his doujins.

We believe he probably doesn't work due to the amount of time he spends on the archives fighting with Akemi - like he said he was gonna go work for a few hours and then 40 mins later we caught him in the archive doing his usual shit at Akemi. And if he does it's not often - him being a trust fund kiddie feeds into that. He also has a high degree of arrogance regarding his own works and being. First thing he always talks (even on voice chat) about is how much more intelligent he is than whoever he talks to - which no normal person would still do by this point in his life. He would get made fun of or have his ass kicked for acting like this IRL so I can't imagine he went to a normal school. He also tries to repeat entire posts whilst talking very fast that he made from the board as if anyone would want to listen to the entire thing read off to them aloud and understand it on voice chat.

The way his autism affects him is that he can't seem to understand that not every individual is just a certain categorized group - he just broadly labels people and treats them in a specific way depending on the label. He could not accept that me and the other anon were not Akemi even after speaking to other anon for two hours straight and then me for about 5 mins max right afterwards. He had us on back to back and I've heard both of our voices and we sound nothing a like. He would not admit that we weren't the same people and when asked to bring us both on at the same time refused multiple times. He also can't understand that his own behavior is at fault and wants all the systems to suit him which are both very autistic in nature.

Frankly he needs help but his parents might not even care to check up what he does online and there is no way to get in touch with them either. And from what I understand he has been feeding them and his psychiatrist lies or half truths about the nature of what he has been doing.

Tl;dr - he most likely has high functioning autism and his parents schooled him well enough to be somewhat functional but his education didn't really acct for actually interacting with people and he doesn't understand people as individuals but as groups he labels them as. He probably doesn't work and is a trust fund baby as well and didn't go to a regular school and has had mental health exams his entire life and physical ones as well which lead me to believe he is not as well as he seems at first glance. There is not much we or anyone can do so let's just end this now. We've tried to get him to seek actual help or stop lying to his psychiatrists/parents but he won't listen. After the exodus I went through the #janiteam logs for /irc/. What was happening in the logs was as "ACK" described at the time. Troid was indeed indiscriminately banning anyone that said something he didn't like. !Akemi is flagged in the logs by other mods as being a serious problem and likely the person that spams CP on /int/ and /sp/. Troid refused to do anything about it. From my perspective, I had no reason to doubt him. The logs were confirming what he was saying. Another scanlator that I used to know from Dynasty, did warn me what I was letting myself in for. I dismissed it because Dynasty had likely been getting their information from Troid himself. "ACK" even provided me with chat logs of Casusby trying to trick him out of his own scans.

Sometime after that I did begin to realise that "ACK" wasn't as he presented himself. Without the IDs present on /irc/ it was as though he couldn't tell who I was. I began to be more aware of how he was treating others. I again dismissed it because I assumed that it was just where he was angry at how Troid was acting like an asshole. People do get angry and loose their temper, it didn't strike me as an issue. Any conversation that I had with "ACK" over IRC was reasonable and perfectly normal, despite his behaviour towards others.

After I became the BO of 8/u/. I backed away from /irc/ to put my effort into the board. Reading the #janiteam logs gave me a very clear understanding of what went wrong on 4chan. How this board is moderated is a direct consequence of what I discovered on /irc/. Around this time the the way he began to speak to me over IRC changed. He started to become more aggressive. I do have a character flaw, I can be quite passive and will usually back down if the results of doing so are relatively minor, so rather than directly confront him about it, I chose to distance myself. I admit that this was dishonest.

In early 2016, I spoke to SHiN about working on scanlation content together. SHiN posted a thread on the board for Aikatsu content. This is when "ACK" started to really show himself. I took quite a lot of abuse but the one that took most of it was the second BV. The way he insisted that I stop speaking to SHiN was concerning. If I were to maintain my friendship with him, then I wasn't allowed to also be friends with SHiN. With a combined effort from myself and the BVs, he backed off. Since then our dealings with him were again positive. Both myself and the first BV have helped him with scanlation. This has either been advice or doing actual editing work. This was a mistake. We should have told him to fuck off there and then.

What changed this time was I refused to comply with his demands. I had backed down on inconsequential issues before and he expected me to do it again. The rules and moderation principles of this board are not something that I am willing to compromise. As a result of this myself and the other board staff were given an incredible amount of abuse. I don't use the word abuse lightly here either. In all my years on the internet I have never had anyone subject me to such a sheer amount of spite, hate and vitriol. I was perfectly aware that putting myself forward as a BO on 8chan would probably result in some unpleasant things being said to me, but holy fucking shit, did this exceed my expectations. Any illusions I had of "ACK" being a normal, reasonable person were shattered. I really don't care that he told me to kill myself or that he wishes my illness kills me sooner rather than later, it's like water running off of a raincoat. It was that this hostility extended to everyone, including the board. If this is how he behaves, then we have no obligation to be reasonable with him.

This all started with SHiT, before that we never had any issues at all. And here's how it started, one day SHiT was trying to shill both his blog and Aikatsu on 4chan /u/, he got banned, so he moved over to your board in one last desperate attempt for a place to belong, guess he got it.
