What's the best solution for a website to hold my writings, some pictures and maybe host the PDF link.

I need a basic kind of blog, but without being a blog structure where I can customize every page html and CSS since I wanna make it like a PDF/comic.

Also, some basic javascript capabilities to have some kind of VN cutscene and also some basic music.
