The thermal paste is old and glued to the CPU. He can place a blade under a corner and gently turn the edge upward using the heatsink as a fulcrum.

I've been building my own desktop PCs for 20 years now and have never had one die.
Choose better components. Never cheap out on the power supply, and make sure the case has good airflow. Also, don't allow for dust to build up too much.

They're amazing. I bought a newer model and it doesn't even have a way to play a folder. Like you cannot select a folder and select play all songs in it. It's fucking bizarre how the next gen model was actively worse.
