Norwegian web browser provider Opera prices IPO at $12, high end of range

> Norwegian web browser provider Opera Ltd. OPRA, +0.00% priced its initial public offering on Friday at $12 a share, the high end of its $10 to $12 price range. The company sold 9.6 million American Depositary Shares, representing two of its ordinary shares, to raise $115.2 million. Shares will start trading later Friday on Nasdaq, under the ticker symbol "OPRA." China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are joint bookrunners on the deal with Carnegie AS acting as co-manager.
