Get an ryzon 5 and a cheap AM4 mobo. jews made ddr4 so you have to buy new ram but you can find it cheap on the used market. 4 sticks of 4GIG should run you like 110-120~

in total it will be like 400 or 500 depending on the cpu you get.

Just buy stuff from your friends and family and stick it together. I got a 980 from my aunt once.
