I found a way to get into a state of deep flow when doing any programming. Get a glowing cia nigger sensor and have it control a simple SAM with a FIM-92 Stinger and jack off whej working. It will really get you in the zone.

It will work. You need the module though. It will take the signal and convert it to midi.

Kick sensor into module. PC audio out into the aux in on the module. Done. VST not required. Use the on-board kick sound in the module.

You are using the emacs pedal wrong. You are not supposed to bind it to a kick drum sound, but rather bind it to control.
