Now there's a way how to remove 90% of ME module, How about removing the PSP module in AMD board. Obviously disabling the PSP functionality from bios is not the solution. Any board hackers here found out how to remove the PSP botnet?

Depends on the hardware.

On more recent hardware there's no real solution to really deactivate it before boot, the only known solution is using some found function that the CIA asked to deactivate the ME but AFTER the ME activation.

There's no solution anon we need to buy hardware that can be controlled and the only one that I know is the TALOS 2.

The PSP is a ARM chip on the cpu die.

It is basically impossible to remove the Intel ME on newer CPUs beyond core 2 because the firmware is signed and Intel has the key. They can't release it because of deals with other businesses and such.

Bottom line: Libreboot, Coreboot, or Talos II are your best bet when it comes to freedom in your computing.
