I understand the reason but the current system is just stupid. Thank god not every BO is retarded and some allow imageless thread creation. But no image from Tor is effectively blocking Tor users from making threads, which seems unreasonable.

Regardless, I know what you're trying to say, but every "FOSS" website is effectively just "Open Source" not "Libre" do to the nature of websites. Didn't RMS say something along the lines of websites technically do not violate the GPL as long as the proprietary bits of the given website are never actually executed on your machine while accessing it?

You're missing the point completely, even if only 0.01 percent of Tor users actually post CP, it doesn't matter, because you can't ban Tor users generally speaking. So its too dangerous to allow Tor to post images for that reason

As a workaround you can use Tor+proxychains using a random open proxy.
