That video is dumb truther shit. It is a common way to shorten interviews by cutting out segments where the interviewee is thinking. You might have seen fades or dry cuts used instead. This is a new transition that is popular now.

This has nothing to do with the video being manipulated beyond maybe omitting some parts of it.

Because generally when you edit a video it is difficult to get the audio to line up in sync with what is happening. Yet they edited it so perfectly for the audio it is like that is what is actually coming out of his lips, yet the glitches still happened.
