They aren't really comparable. Zeronet is not meant to be an anonymity network. It's for p2p dynamic content. Think of it in contrast to ipfs.
You can use it through tor though, and hopefully they'll get i2p working with it eventually if you want to be anonymous.
Also, a lot of sites that allow users to post use ZeroID, making it easier to track you across websites. While it's not tied to an IP address from what I can tell, it's as if you had a tripcode for every website you used that carries over. There are ways around it however, such as creating a new zeronet profile.
Also I'll shill a bit more in defense of zeronet: There's a screencaped post that someone will probably posts that basically says zeronet is an insecure botnet. I think this has more to do with zeroID than zeronet itself.
