Windows 10s update center actually does get some things right. I like how Microsoft does differentiate between feature, stability, and security updates. If they weren't forced onto you for the non-enterprise versions it would be alright tbh

It doesn't install over drivers that aren't from Windows Update (such as GPU and OEM drivers) so that never happens. You can still go to device manager and force updates over an OEM driver if Windows Update has a newer version if your really want too though
