Emulation is only practical when the guest runs on orders of magnitude weaker hardware than the host. Thank developers bloating up software because making software efficient cuts into muh profits and the death of moore's law for your lack of fgymes.

you dont really need emulation on most of those. its all arm so you just have to reverse engineer the proprietary programs they use.

There actually was a project like this, called Cycada, but the main dev terminated the project after being hired by Apple. I can only imagine the same is true of anyone working on the other two problems. On the more corporate side, Microsoft had a number of projects such as Astoria (Android emulator) and Islandwood (iOS transpiler) that were supposed to target Windows Phone, but both were canceled as that platform declined.
