Is there any way without contacting the ISP to get the Physical address of a phone with only the IP address?

 No.1061306

No. How the fuck do you think networking works, magic? How is the machine supposed to know where on earth the cable ends?

 No.1061316

Physical address? Like 42 Wallaby Way Sydney? You might be able to use a GeoIP database, but there's no inherent connection between an IP and a street address.

Get the physical address of the subscriber: likely no.

Get the physical address of the device: yes.

Get the physical address of the device, if it is accessing the internet via satellite: hell no.
