The DMCA is not that bad. Just have a dmca@ email, and an easily found notice about it, and then take down content in response to specific legal requests. If you don't normally police your content (example: if anyone can sign up and post whatever and it shows up without some approval process), then the DMCA is written to remove some of your responsibility from your content. You even have some time to do that.

"type ?this-is-child-porn into the URL of the page you're at and hit enter". unflagged posts go down immediately. when you review those after the fact, you can flag them as otherwise and they'll no longer go down to such requests. This means a measure of harassment is possible, but also that people who anticipate harassment can pre-harass themselves to get whitelisted.
>but I don't want to have any administrative responsibilities at all
>can't this shit just run itself?
instead of a website that people can post ytmnd shit to, make a website that lets people download a Wordpress plugin or something to help them put that shit on their own blog.
