There are various clubs and social groups that record audio from broadcasts.
Some use software that "waits for signal" before engaging record (i.e., Sony's Soundforge audio software) - so it can run "auto-pilot"/unattended for later collection/archive.
It's a niche preoccupation for sure, hence looking HERE for possibilities finding not only someone that may have useful recording, but specific to the local and subject matter (which is expected to be encrypted either organically or electronically) - in intelligibility isn't a concern or priority.
