This is me. here are a few highlights before I go to bed:
>There were 2 Canadians, 1 Chinese, and 1 Israeli passenger on board. The remaining 45, including the crew members, were American
Is the Israeli relevant?
>Victims include:
> > Alison De Forges (human rights investigator of Rwandan genocide)
> > Beverly Eckert ( co-chair of the 9/11 Family Steering Committee and a leader of Voices of September 11 after her husband Sean Rooney was killed in the 9/11 attacks.)
> >Susan Wehle (the first American female Jewish Renewal cantor. Probably irrelevant.)
In the final report, most (if not all) of the blame falls on "pilot error" (although they mention a combination of fatigue and inability/lack of knowledge to recover from a stall are the culprits…It doesn't make sense: either you don't know how and therefore aren't capable, or do know how but can't due to fatigue…)
Colgan Air Flight 3407 was the most recent commercial flight of a U.S. airliner that resulted in any fatalities on U.S. soil, as of March 1st, 2018
Food for thought..
