This attorney is one of “them”. More digging needs to be done, but here is what I’ve got so far on this inside former DOJ hack.
"Andrew Mc¬Cabe, the former FBI deputy director fired less than two days before retirement is leaning on high-powered Washington, D.C., lawyer Michael R. Bromwich for representation.
Bromwich, a Harvard Law School graduate, is senior counsel at Robbins Russell Englert Orseck Untereiner & Sauber, a litigation boutique that counts Fortune 500 companies, defense contractors, hedge funds, technology companies and major accounting firms among its clients. During his more than 35-year career, Bromwich was inspector general of the Department of Justice, served as the country’s top offshore drilling regulator following the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, and worked as a federal prosecutor and special prosecutor.
In June 2010, former President Barack Obama named him director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Regulation and Enforcement—one of a string of engagements for federal, state and local governments.”

“In 2013, he was appointed by Judge Denise Cote to serve as Apple's antitrust compliance monitor in United States v. Apple Inc.The opening months of his investigation were characterized by Apple's complaints that he was "conducting a roving investigation that is interfering with Apple’s business operations and Bromwich's complaints that Apple was preventing him from speaking to most of the Apple executives he wished to interview.
The Wall Street Journal has criticized Bromwich for his efforts to charge exorbitant fees as Apple's monitor, and for wandering outside of the bounds of his mandate by the Court, as well as his personal friendship with Judge Cote, the judge that selected and assigned Bromwich”

He was selected, in June 2010, by President Obama to reform the regulation and oversight of offshore drilling and to serve as the country’s top offshore drilling regulator in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon accident and oil spill.”
WE KNOW HOW THIS WENT DOWN

The Chicago Tribune quotes Michael Bromwich in an article about federal judge Emmett Sullivan ordering a criminal probe of the prosecutors in the Ted Stevens case
April 7, 2009
Washington, DC litigation partner Michael Bromwich is quoted in an article about federal judge Emmett Sullivan ordering a criminal probe of the prosecutors in the Ted Stevens case. Says Bromwich, "It is a blow to have Sullivan say he doesn't trust the Justice Department to do that work. That is a very significant black eye."
NOTE to anons: Emmett Sullivan is a true Patriot/Constitutionalist. Research him on the Lois Lerner case, among others
