Someone posted all of the [19] stringers today. Seems like they were referring to people meeting in secret, and 19 targeted if anything happened to select people.

[3] has been used a good bit, but not sure if it refers to the same people every time.

I think the @ symbol usually connects to Twitter, so that's why I thought perhaps @19 meant S=Snowden. @3 could be Clinton, Comey, Cohen, people who are associated in some way whose names begin with C.

so i double checked the q posts and it looks like the first time [3] was used could also have been reference to clowns in america. (find the missing - - - [3], and [3] years.)

For continuity of this q post it probably makes more sense that [3] is clowns, but we know hrc is intimately linked with the clown bad actors. Either way, its still dealing with spy ring in congress.
