Ever notice how this Q entity NEVER touches upon this pivotal and paralytic control process that exists in ALL major agencies of the federal bureaucracy? nothing at all, no 'focus on SES'. NEVER responds to Anons posting replies to his/their/it's posting when SES is raised. Curious, given the power of SES to stop ANY decisions by Trump personnel, EVEN decisions made by Gen. Kelly are overridden.

Posted on SES months ago. They are the equivalent in military rank to generals. Untouchable. Last through changes in administrations. Perfect 5th column. GS ranks obey. Leftist presidents stock the positions and advance their SES. Conservatives not so much. The backbone of the Swamp.
