Why did ES (himself) arrange a C-link in multiple countries? He did this to bounce his communication, it would look like he was transmitting/receiving from country X, but in reality, he is still in country Y. Hackers do this so it is harder to track them via relays.

If he was and is still able to use c-link, he is most certainly an enemy of the state.

Link-6 is a maritime communications device. C-Link, if using, is a CLAS tech utilized by MI.
