Q, If it is that damning, release the video through the EAS. This will bypass all media. By law, if the President issues EAS, the stations cannot override. Am I correct in this?

Many TV stations source their EAS from local AM/FM sources using a receiver. The alert signal goes off at the radio station, they begin the chain by broadcasting it. The TV stations pick up the signal and use it to cut over to EAS.

There is no fail-safe way of doing EAS.
