I want to start a new thread to develop an overview about all relevant ongoing investigations so that it is easier for everybody to track whats going on. Please post the investigation you are aware of in this thread in the following format:

Agency/Office, Topic of Investigation, Link to source.

I will then start to group them to have a clean overview.

Examples (out of my mind, source missing)
