Looking at this situation from the standpoint of a post-cabal world it could be Xi is consolidating power to MCGA. Censoring the letter 'N' could be a signal, in the second link from NYDAILYNEWS(pic related) it says the anti-chinese censorship activist group thinks it was an accident and not purposeful censorship.
Too early to make conclusions but the situation should be interesting regardless. Don't forget POTUS was dined in the Forbidden City, this is sure to be a big deal in ways larger than is being presented.
