The military used to use this technique and probably still do so want to direct Anons to this remote viewing video:

This is a serious contribution so please don't dismiss it out of hand. The girls doing the remote viewing are experts. (Princess is partially-sighted and sometimes wears goggles so she can concentrate better.)

I offer this because it suggests important, serious events that could happen in March. Can you decode them?
