The military people was trained not for just fighting with military from other group/nation.
Police, Public protector/guard are joke ! They have no strenght, only with gun & can easily be bought !
All nation need raise the standard: All the Police & public protector/guard must pass physical military test !
So all the retired/out of service military people will have priority to work as police in their nation/state/district
The solution now must be: all the police with have 24 months to train their physical but still receive normal salary. In this timeline, the military people who pass some “police soft skill” will take over.
Just look at the physical of police in all nation, they have no strenght, over-weight, only know using gun !
Police position must be the better version of military where they must have the physicial strenght first so they can take down the criminal without using gun in some case.
You can only remove gun from the people if police also have no gun ! In order to do that, the police must be brave, strong, there is no better people than the one who pass the tought military test !
Of course I am talking about the current situation on Earth.
You must reward the one who willing the serve in military & ready to protect their nation.
