After Q posted a reply to Anon's post about Bill Cooper, I watched Bill Cooper's presentation from (I think) the early 90's about the UFO cover-up, etc.
Around this time Q posted "Delta" in his signature as well as "Q". I wondered why. While listening to the presentation I noticed from 37:00 to about 39:00, Bill mentions "Q Clearance" and "Delta" back to back in relation to these secret bases that were built.
Referring to S4 (Area 51) -
"The instillation was placed under the department of the Navy and clearance of all personnel required a Q CLEARANCE…"
Then…
"The Army was tasked to form a super secret organization to furnish security for all alien task projects. This organization became the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Ft. Carson, CO. The specific teams trained to secure the projects were called DELTA."
