Many of have lost friends. Some of us walked out on our own lonesome road decades ago, because no one would listen/understand. Even if NOTHING comes from this (fat chance there; so much already has) what we ALL get out of it is self-respect by standing for truth and principle.

There is NOTHING else we can do, but stand firm and hold to the strength to look truth in the eye. Even (especially) truth that discloses EVIL - sick. twisted, disgusting, despicable evil.

The price NOT to stand is far higher, and one I'm not willing to pay.
