Dudes and dudettes, the guy shrink-wrapping the pallet squeezes the plastic sheet up as it comes off the roll and the pallet rotates on a turn-table. When it's secure, he runs a couple layers of the wrap top to bottom.

There is NOTHING MORE TO SEE in the pattern on the pallet. There is NO "strapping" on the pallet … the white lines are from a 24" sheet of stretch wrap plastic being squeezed down into a sort of rope (very strong lengthwise!). The white bands (squeezed stretch wrap) pattern come from whether the operator was headed up the stack or down. It's a helix, not a line.

My quals? I maintained the machinery that does this for about 3 years in a large packaging plant and have wrapped a bunch when "the floor" was short-handed. When the stack is "wonky", you make a rope to draw the boxes together before applying the film.

With wooden pallets, you wedge a "rope" of the wrap under the top plank of the pallet. With plastic pallets like these, you have to tie a knot around one of the blocks before starting to wrap.

The only thing that pattern indicates is that the guy / gal doing the wrapping was conscientious. Period.

As for the pallet, they are nothing special … just a molded form of what is called a "block" (or "four way") pallet designed so the hi-lo can lift from any side. Sometimes, when putting a pallet in location in a warehouse, you cannot approach the location straight on. So you angle the pallet into the location then use the tips of the forks to nudge it into place by pushing on either the runners or the blocks. This can mean that the pallet gets turned 90 deg from how it started out. Having a four-way pallet makes this much easier and using the heavy-duty molded pallets seriously reduces the need to deal with broken pallets. It's not that wooden pallets are all that expensive … but getting rid of them is an expensive PITA. These pallets lock together for stacking and, after allowing for the bottom pallet, only take about two vertical inches each to store.

3.01 The 1911 USA and Republic of China Lease Agreement Between 1927 and 1938, as a result of an arrangement made between T.V. Soong (Finance Minister of China) and Henry Morgenthau, (Secretary of the Treasury of USA), the United States purchased 50 million ounces of silver and leased vast amounts of gold from the National Chinese government, known as the Kuomintang, under the leadership of Chiang Kai-shek in 1928. During this period, China was partly occupied by Japanese troops and they feared being overrun by the Japanese.

In return for the precious metals delivered by China, certificates were given pursuant to private agreement made between China and the United States. These certificates, first 1928 Notes, then the 1934 Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), became the underlying funds of the Kuomintang and allowed the Chinese National Government in Taiwan to continue financially.

Domestically-owned gold was purchased. Foreign Gold held by the Treasury was also surrendered to and leased to the FED, which resulted in the issuance of the series of 1934 Notes by the FED. These FRN’s have never been redeemed, and the accrued interest was met by the subsequent issue of certain 1968 series of Kennedy Bonds.

During the war in China, most owners of the depository notes issued by Chinese Banks were killed by the Japanese, with others being killed later by both the Kuomintang and the Chinese Communists, thus the Gold became property of the Nation, especially so, the Kuomintang.

The Dragon Family is, in fact, a organization that operates between old families within China and Taiwan, above the political divide of the two independent Chinese Governments.

6.00 The CIA Topples a Government and the Monetary ‘M1’

6.01 The 1965 Imperial / CIA Agency Coup Over Asia

With the help of the United States government and the CIA, closely supported by the Australian and British administrations, a military coup was staged in Indonesia (See: How the CIA Toppled a Government) under General Suharto on October 1, 1965. 6.04 The 1966 Control System Over Depositors and Collateral Accounts

From this we can see that there are two functional operations:

a). One was ownership and Depository control by the owners of the Gold.

b). The other a control system set in place to administer and control the Collateral Combined Accounts as an independent Arbiter.

Ownership rights are held by the signatory to the Depository Accounts in Commercial Banks and Control Rights have been held by M1. There has only been one true “elected” M1 and that was President Sukarno.

So it was that the entire world supply of bullion and coinage gold was withdrawn and Federal Reserve fiat currencies became the order of the day.

However, underneath the notes and money issued by the Federal Reserve was the underlying wealth within a centralized system that Nations were intended to use equitably, but that Bankers determined would be used to raid national economies.

6.05 The Green Hilton Agreement: The Kennedy Bonds

The Green Hilton Agreement was not implemented until 1968 after Suharto was appointed President of Indonesia.

With the Sukarno Gold that was given to Kennedy, the FED then issued a series of 1968 US Treasury Bonds known as Kennedy Bonds in order to honor the terms of the Green Hilton Agreement made between Kennedy and Sukarno, at a time when global trade made it imperative that the world have a global currency.

The 1968 terms of the gold delivery to the United States were different than the terms made in 1934.
